Eulogy for Jodiann Yeoh Chooi Kit

Hey, my name is Jeremy, and welcome back to another episode of "A Day in the Life of Jeremy!"

A brief overview of their life, including key milestones.

I met Jodiann Yeoh when she was 20 years old, still, a student in one of the prestigious universities in Malaysia, and memories with her are vividly clear in my mind. The first time I met her is at her own house where Nikki, her elder sister, brought her friends including me to her house for a casual evening dinner.

Fast forward to a few months later, I asked her out for lunch for the first time and the rest is history. That evening, we had a blast talking about whatever is happening in our own's life. As time goes by, we hang out more, and little did I know, I appreciate her presence in my life more than anyone that had crossed paths with me. It's amazing how as time goes by, we've accomplished many things together, and never in my mind that I'll ever leave this person. She's just so good to be around with, the vibes. It's just a good time all the time.

Great things are bound to happen and vice versa.

Jodiann and I had our first beam e-scooter ride with her and things just got interesting. Since young, she had never near to dangerous experience like riding a bike so it was rough for her but not for me, I got a hang of the beam and it was easy to stabilize and just ride off at 15km/h. That day, I taught her how to write the beam, and as nervous as it gets, she was sweating like hell. Usually, a beam ride is only 1 person per beam but since she's so tiny, I hop onto her beam and let her experience the windy and chilly beam ride from the 15km/h speed.

I always wanted a daruma doll tattoo and I finally got it with Jodiann. It was her first tattoo experience and she got a flower kind of tattoo with 7cm x 12cm. My daruma doll is a 9cm x 9cm, it's a 3 hours tattoo session and 3 hours for her as well. It's literally a whole day just ended like that. Fast forward to a few months later, I got my third tattoo without her knowing at the last minute because I need the recommendation to place my third tattoo. My third tattoo is located in the wrist area and from her POV, she said it would look freaking hot and I trusted her. It looks legit super good.

At this point in time, I legitimately grew fond of her. Who wouldn't, eh? Hanging out together for days, weeks, and months until a point where you share most of your evenings with her. And it's strange to me that this source of happiness has ended and there's no looking back to faults and blame. It's clearly stated that in order to find happiness from others, find happiness within yourself because you cannot anticipate finding happiness from others if you are not content with what you have at the moment of time.

Remember the day we fought? I spoke to Aunty. Aunty mentioned something along the lines that Jeremy is the most caring person I've ever met and thank you for being generous and patient with me for the months we had together because, without those months, I wouldn't think I'll be going through the best highlights in 2022. 

Always expect the unexpected and don't be too difficult on yourself as tiger mom is bound to pressure their kids to excel in their academics. Thank you and Goodbye.
